Enemies not getting curse by blasphemy

Noticed that enemies were not getting cursed by blasphemy.
I meet all of the requirements and blasphemy is active.
Not just a visual bug either. They are moving at the same speed. (was using temporal chains)

Can't see the image, so I don't know what exactly happened on you, but I had the same experience and I notice that was monsters level overwhelmed curse level, so maybe you should check about the map level and what level of monsters allowed to curse by your skill.

of course, if your skill level is higher than map level, then it is bugged.

I will see if I can fix the image later.
Forgot to mention that I'm in act 4,but the curse could still be under leveld.
Will lvl it up and see if it fixes it.

there isnt any need for an image here.....
its simple Blasphemy isnt working with temperal chain.


GGG seem to always make that skill bug

one patch it works, the next it dosnt, next patch it works, the next it dosnt



all the time.


seems to be working with other curses but just not temperal... me too i dont see any movement reduction and any icons above monsters
