druid frezing build up not working at all in mapping with any of his skills

pretty much that. crazy that such a bug can even happen, it makes the class unpleayable pls fix. im in ps5 in case it could matter. only the extra damage or the falling chunks of ice from lunar blessing are working. and in case it is not a bug wtf were u thinking?¿? serieusly?
