Spirit from weapon not applied in Bear Form when equipped in Weapon Set II

Spirit granted by a weapon is not applied while in Bear Form, even when the weapon is equipped in the weapon set used by Bear Form (Weapon Set II).

When entering Bear Form, total Spirit drops to the base value, causing Spirit-reserved skills to become unusable. This occurs despite the weapon clearly granting Spirit and being equipped in Weapon Set II.

Additionally, the affected weapon (Hate Roar Omen Sceptre) does not appear in Cosmetic II, while other weapons do. Placing the same weapon in Cosmetic I causes Spirit to be applied again while in human form, which suggests a possible issue with weapon-set or cosmetic synchronization rather than Spirit calculation itself.

Expected Result:
Spirit granted by a weapon equipped in Weapon Set II should remain active when entering Bear Form.

Actual Result:
Spirit from the weapon is not applied in Bear Form, resulting in insufficient Spirit for reserved skills.

Notes:
This issue was observed with a Hate Roar Omen Sceptre. Other sceptres have not yet been tested.
