Is Lord of the Wilds bugged?

I am usining Lord of the Wilds node for my Oracle, it normally says Non-Minion Skills have 50% less reservation efficiency but when i put for example herald of ice it reserves 60 spirit? Am i doing the math wrong? Shouldn't it be 45 spirit?

This might sound confusing sometimes but in this case Less reservation efficiency means *worse* reservation % a.k.a your spirit reseravation is increased.

While Increased Reservation *efficiency* means your reserveration is more effective a.k.a spirit cost is reduced.
