Has the Stash discount schedule changed?

I'm a Korean user.
Two days ago, all Korean users were notified via messenger that there was a Stash discount event, but they didn't participate.
After multiple inquiries, Kakao responded that GGG unilaterally changed the schedule. Is this true?
If true, can you tell me the reason for the change and when it was delayed?
