PoE 2 and PoE 1 taking longer to start and load each league and crashing more

It started happening in Mercenaries league and the PoE 2 one that came out after that one and this PoE 2 league was supposed to improve performance but I've crashed more during this first week than during all the other leagues combined.

If there's any logs I can provide for either game that could help find out what the problem is and what the solution might be, let me know and I'll look for them.

Both games are installed on M.2s.
