Map icons not crossed out

The abyss icons in act 2 (mastodon badlands and valley of the titans) are bugged for me, I think it is because I was leveling together with friends and was in their abyss maps.
I have created new instances and explored the whole map but could not find any abyss fissures, I think its completed bugged for me.

Also in act 3 can the troubled camp icons and bubbling respite icon be crossed out? they keep flashing every time I open act 3 map.
