Terrible performance, even at the Miller

Last season I had very few performance issues. Definitely some, but the game was mostly fine. Note that I play campaign only.

However, I tried 0.4 and my fps dropped to 5 during simple fights like the Miller. Honestly, I don’t understand. That never used to happen.

Not sure if it’s because of the druid, the new optimizations, or something else. It’s also not because of “everyone is playing at league start, so the servers are having issues”. I played on the last day of the weekend and getting these frame drops
