Inexorable Critical gives wrong amount of extra crit chance

As title says, exorable critical 1 and 2 both give less crit chance than what is stated in the descriptions.
Exorable Critical 1 is supposed to give 100% max, it gives ~35%
Exorable Critical 2 is supposed to give 200% max, it gives ~70%

Hope this is fixed soon, my build relies on exorable critical 1 for my main bossing skill
