Uncut Spirit Gem Vanished

I right clicked on my uncut spirit gem and was browsing the options available when I got a "deadlock detected" error. The game crashed soon after and my uncut spirit gem was gone. I'm currently a level 36 witchhunter in the ziggurat encampment and just completed the quest that gives you the extra 30 spirit.
