Turning into a Wyvern when I Shred (Talisman is set to wolf)

For the last 60+ minutes of gameplay every time I use the skill Shred I turn into a wyvern when I do the shred. My talisman is set to wolf form all my skills on my bar are for wolf but when I go to Shred it turns me into a Wyvern.

This isn't just a visual bug my damage drops and my attacks speed is also much slower.
