Corruption Chamber Won't OPEN Doors or COMPLETE ROOM

Corruption Chamber won't complete after killing all mobs in the room.

I tried going to character screen and going to login screen it still did not complete.

Suffice to say my character is trapped in the room. The only way to get out is to portal out.

The room is opened again but when I got it in, it closed and I'm trapped once again.
