Character gets stuck in a unmounted state ontop of Rhoa when switching weapon sets!!!

Im using two different weapon sets with the same bow and quiver while riding the rhoa. When you weapon set switch, you unmount and are directly on top of the rhoa and dont gain any of the benefits (Having two different weapons also makes you stuck in the rhoa without the benefits when weapon set swapping).

P.S - Also Surpass Chance doesn't affect Lightning Rod to fire additional
arrows, is this suppose to happen?
