Lightning Warp and Ball Lightning

The new Lightning Warp allows targeting monsters even when they aren’t in cull range, which makes it almost impossible to target Ball Lightning, since the skill prioritizes monsters over Ball Lightning.

GGG, please — I can’t combo my abilities.

I'm bumping all the Warp posts because it's clearly seriously bugged.

I slotted it in CoC with unleash ONCE. Unleash affected the trigger so removed it from CoC. It still frequently auto-casts as if slotted in CoC and is also frequently bugged by the unleash gem (no longer socketed) still acting like there's a cd and can't target cullable enemies in range.

Bump, this mechanic is still bugged.
