Red screen of death, and red glow of Apex in fog

My game freezes any where, at anytime, and turns a blood red color.

Ive seen on other people's streams that they can see the glow of the apex and the lasers in the fog. Well, I cant see anything in the fog, so I am blindly searching. Im on xbox series x, but that shouldnt matter. Can we please get this fixed. It has been like this for multiple patches. I thought yall just took it out of the game, even though it is super frustrating.
