Red screen of death, and other issues

My game sometimes freezes and the screen turns blood red. This can happen anytime.

So I have seen on other people's streams that they can see the corrupted Apexs faintly theough the fog. I am on xbox series x, but that shouldnt matter. I cant see the glow of the apexs. Which leads to blindly searching. I cant see the lasers that you get the fragments from. Why is this only on some people and not all? Can you please fix this?
