Xbox Titan problem

I play PoE2 on Xbox.
I would like to report some bugs:

The “Rage” bar — when I increased it by about 20 points, it became longer, but only the second half is animated and fills with red color. The first half is permanently empty.

However, the most important bug I want to report concerns “Colossal Capacity.”
In theory, I should receive additional inventory slots, but the button does not respond and I cannot open them. It seems to me that items unfortunately do get sent there, and worst of all, after logging out and logging back in, the additional inventory becomes empty. I am certain that a unique helmet dropped and I picked it up, but I can no longer find it anywhere. This has happened multiple times. It has a very negative impact on gameplay.
