Elemental Equilibrium Issue

I was just trying to use Elemental Equilibrium which says:

"Create Cold Infusion Remnants instead of Fire Infusion Remnants
Create Fire Infusion Remnants instead of Lightning Infusion Remnants
Create Lightning Infusion Remnants instead of Cold Infusion Remnants"

I was generating lightning infusions via lightning warp and expected to get fire infusions but got cold instead. I also then tested with other infusions and they are all mixed up.

I found what it really does is:
Lighting -> Cold
Cold -> Fire
Fire -> Lightning

Either the wording is flipped or the coding is flipped
