Talisman just have melee skill level

Why doesn't the talisman have a mod that increases the projectile skill level?
The rolling magma can only be used with the talisman.
This is unfair

It's because the game director is extremely amateurish and inexperienced. I myself directed some projects when I was studying game development in college. This game is full of questionable decisions. I really think they need to completely change the directing team. Not only are they completely out of touch with the community, but I've never seen such amateurish decision-making as what they're doing.

Honestly just another reason +skill level gear is bad for the game.
