Unable to enter Lost Temple (Game Crash)

Has been happening since the first time I tried to run it. 4-5 times at this point. As soon as I click on the door to load into the temple the game freezes until I kill it with task manager. The in zone events work fine, but I can't run the actual temple mechanic.

Tried a few different settings on both DX12 & Vulkan and have not seen any difference. Current temple layout is attached if it matters.
