Critical Bug Report – Ascendancy Trial Completed but Ascendancy Points Lost

I successfully completed the Ascendancy Trial and reached the stage where Ascendancy points can be allocated. At that point, I opened a portal and briefly left the area. When I attempted to return using the same portal, it became completely unusable — the portal was visible but had no interaction prompt and could not be entered.

As a result, I was unable to return to the Ascendancy Trial area, and my Ascendancy points were not granted, despite the trial having already been completed. This was not a failure of the trial, but rather a loss of progression due to the portal becoming unusable after completion.

I attempted all standard troubleshooting steps, including repositioning, adjusting the camera, using the “interact with nearest object” key, and reloading the area, but none of these resolved the issue. I was ultimately forced to abandon the instance, causing the Ascendancy Trial to be effectively wasted.

This issue represents a serious progression-blocking bug, as it resulted in the loss of Ascendancy rewards after successful completion. I kindly request that this issue be investigated and that appropriate compensation or restoration of the missing Ascendancy points be considered.
