Rubber banding/bad performance

So, I loaded into a T1 map and had horrible rubber banding, overall performance, etc, until I died to boss because I couldn't react to anything. I went in and out multiple times and changed servers, nothing helped. After death, it ran as smooth as can be. Not sure if bug or server issue but I thought I'd report. Map was Bastille.
