Unique Strongbox Deleted Itself

During the campaign, while in the Holten Estate, I came across a unique strongbox shaped like a beetle (drops additional jewels). It was in a tiny indoor room and as soon as I walked into the room with my minions, the strongbox disappeared. It looks like the object was deleted.
