Ziggurat Encampment

I am on Xbox and the Zuggurat Encampment is extremely hard to navigate, its very laggy, texture aren't loading fully, and loading into takes awhile. It has been like this all of act 3. Most of the maps in act 3 load ok but the encampment has yet to be a good experience while I'm in there
