Early Access Discussion - You cannot use this item its stats will be ignored - Forum

Read the patch notes. " Saqawal's Rune of the Sky is now Limited to: 1. " Existing items that have invalid Augment Sockets from the following Limit changes will be unable to be used until the Sockets are once again valid.
