BUG Missing 2 Weapon Passive Points after completing Siege of Oriath

After completing all side quests, I spoke to the Hooded Man in King’smarch and completed the “Siege of Oriath” quest.
However, I did not receive the additional 2 weapon passive skill points.

I am currently missing 2 points and only have 22 out of 24 weapon passive points.
I have already gone back and re-completed all quests that grant weapon passive points, but the issue persists.

This appears to be an endgame reward not being granted correctly.

I have received all the points now. Sorry about that.

If anyone else finds this thread and is not getting their skill points after beating the final boss in the interlude. You MUST complete all additonal bosses in the interlude that have an associated quest. In my case, i had to kill Thane Wulfric and Lady Elswyte to complete the Recruit the Ezomytes quest. then after completing it i was able to talk to hooded one to go to the zigg encampment
