Oracle Feedback

I really enjoy the Oracle, but it is kinda weak early on, because most of the ascendency points don't give you the same power spike that other ascendencies would give you.

My two major points of feedback and hopefully some changes are the following two:

Small travel passives to The Unseen Path and Entwined Realities should give 2 or 3 passive points. That would make them feel a little bit better but not OP by any stretch.

Second problem I am having:
Moment of Vulnerability feels amazing if it works. But very often I go from 60-70% freeze buildup right into freezing the boss, skipping the "primed for freeze" range leaving no room to use Moment of Vulnerability.
There are a couple of ways how to make this feel better.
Either make it work on already frozen targets or make it give a few second debuff that triggers the visage once the trarget gets into primed state or is frozen.
