Tactician's "Projectile damage builds pin" does not work with Unleash Hell

The Tactician's "Right Where We Want Them" ascendancy point makes projectiles build pin but this does not work with the Death From Above skill. I am assuming this is because the skill tag is just persistent minion but since it basically rains arrows down, it should work really.

I also noticed that pinned bosses can still perform actions which is weird. It does work on other monsters.

Also does not work with skeletal sniper projectiles and that's sucks because I had a really cool concept for my character... Also weird they didn't address it since 6 months ago.

Minions are only affected by things that specify minions or allies. Also related to Supporting Fire.
