Stuck on loading

Last few days i had game stuck on loading either when i press login or when i try to enter the character.

POE2 is on ssd, did not change stuff but just last 2 days both vulkan and dx12 keeps loading extremely slow.

Is there anything i can do other than what i already done (stuff on low etc)?
