Oil Barrage does nothing on weapon swap on first button hit

If you have say Rend on weapon swap 1 and Oil barrage on weapon swap 2 and then Oil Barrage while on weapon swap 1 then it will swap your weapon to 2 but the Oil barrage won't start channeling.

This happens 100% of the time on swap and works fine otherwise. If you click it again it will work normally. Note I am using the same talisman and form for both swap 1 and 2.
