Infinity loading when change area

I'm experiencing an endless loading screen whenever I enter any area.

And I have to restart the game every time to access the area.
I also have a problem: when I enter the game, I can only connect to the servers after the fifth attempt. I try changing servers, but it rarely helps.

What could be the problem?
When I played PoE 1, everything was fine, but when I switched to PoE 2, I encountered this problem in every league.
