Gps issue

Yesterday i was anywhere from 60-100 fps today i log in everythonga fine but fps drops to 13 after a few seconds ive tested on other games and everything seems fine so its not hardware also if i alt+tab and have a window over poe2 fps climbs back up fot a few seconds and drops right back down
