(ACT 4) THE BLIND BEAST BOSS NOT DROPPING SKILL BOOK

There seems to be no way around it, killing the boss didn't drop the passive point skill book the first time, on top of the texture issues, locking my character from 2 weapon passive points completely, This needs to be fix GGG

I also encountered the same problem: I killed the boss, but the book didn't drop.

I believe the skill book drop was changed to the Delerium island
