Game crashed when I died in Deshar -> no popup to respawn

As the title says, I died in Deshar and didn't get the popup to respawn. All buttons were disabled so I had to quit the game from the xbox (series x) menu and log in fresh to continue playing.

This happened to me several times. Not sure just Deshar. About 50 percent of the time.
