Darkness Enthroned Fine Belt (shield) + Ox Idol = no block chance

Hello,

As description said i got a SHIELD Darkness Enthroned Fine Belt and put 2 Ox idols in , it says i get block chance on the belt , but on the block tooltip i dont get a diffrence when put on.

P.S I put ox idol in shield, it works there.But not in belt.

I was wondering if the same, could be possible. But i think the increased block chance applies to the items base block chance. And since your belt doesnt have a base block chance, i think it will not work. But i might be wrong.
