Entangle into Briarpatch

Hi Guys,

from what i've experienced Entangle's physical damage doesnt store into Briarpatch. So my question here is, meant to be or bug ?


I think it should store for Briarpatch because plants store a plant skill makes lots of sense. But thats just my opinion.

Yea I think it should store into briar but its because entangle is using spell damage not damage directly from you which sucks, kinda pointless adding briarpatch if thats the case :/

Briarpatch synergizes with those nodes that increases spell damage if you shapeshifted into human within the last 4 seconds. There is a valid playstyle that goes between human and animal very frequently. With this patch, some spells with a split int/str requirements were added meaning a traditional warrior might want to use Briarpatch

Yea I adjusted my build to play between bear and human with briar patch and bramble slam, also briar patch and entagle synergy doesnt make sense now because you wouldn't be able to ramp up the briarpatch damage if it casted everytime you spam entangle right?

p.s im kinda new to poe2 so sorry if what I say doesn't make much sense haha
