Failed to open incursion temple

I access the temple console, and when I click to open it, this error appears, I've already switched characters, I've restarted the game, without success.

Im having the same issue, Im at end game maps now, only got to run 1 val ruin for the new season mechanic, no matter what option I pick to open the Vaal console, I get the error "Failed to open incursion temple"

I also have gotten this and am just about to finish the campaign

same here I was able to do the first four or so incursion than I get this error every time tried everything suggested but it still doesn't work.

Yep same here. I've done like 6 and since act 4 the Vaal Temple portal opens, I go down to the tablet, try to open the Temple and it says "Failed to open Incursion Temple". Have tried relogging, reentering, opening new instance but nothing helps. Completely excluded from the mechanic haha.
