Can't switch servers and I'm forced to play on US server even though I'm in EU

I couldn't find Path of Exile 2's "technical support" part and the support mail didn't include it so I have to create this thread here.

This is very disappointing and annoying. In the server list all other servers other than 1 US server show the ping as question mark. Even if I pick any of the EU servers, My ping is still at around 150ms which I only get in US servers. It should be around 50 which means even if i pick an EU server it still puts me in a US server.

I tried reaching the support but apparently mail support system isn't for technical support so I'm supposed to make a thread here and hope someone sees it and helps me fix the problem. I'm not having this problem on any other game, only Path of Exile 2.

I get question marks for about 50% of the EU servers. I don't think it's consequential.

I'm playing on Amsterdam myself at the moment, and any of the servers I've been connected to there seem to have been fine. Could you run an MTR test and post a link to it on Pastebin?
