Two bugs in 20 minutes of gameplay

Ultimatum bug: invisible physical explosion - killed at boss fight with no visible red circle. Seemed like a delayed explosion as I had already spawned a second red circle that was midway through expanding, killed suddenly as I ran towards safety.

Jiquani's Machinarium bug: Alva standing too close to first small soul core altar, druid unable to finish quest in human or wolf form.
- Fixed when monsters aggro'd alva away from altar.
