Bug Report: Talisman Melee Skill Bonus Not Applied to Werewolf Abilities

Issue Description
The +3 Melee Skill Level bonus from my Primitive Talisman is not being applied to my Werewolf form abilities, even though these are clearly melee attacks.
Evidence

My Primitive Talisman clearly shows:

+3 to the Level of all Melee Skills ("+3 au Niveau de toutes les Aptitudes de Mêlée")
This is equipped in the Werewolf form gear set

Image 2: Werewolf Ability Details
The "Lunar Assault" (Assaut Lunaire) ability shows:

Metamorphosis, Werewolf, Area Effect, Melee, Strike, Cold tags
The ability explicitly states it's a melee attack ("Mêlée" in the tags)
Prerequisites include Talisman ("Prérequis: Talisman")
The description mentions: "Abilities can be socketed in the skills panel" ("Les aptitudes peuvent être serties dans l'anneau des aptitudes")

The Problem
Despite the Talisman providing +3 levels to ALL melee skills, and despite Lunar Assault being clearly tagged as a Melee ability, the bonus is not being applied to this or other Werewolf melee abilities.
Expected Behavior
The +3 Melee Skill Level bonus from the Talisman should apply to Werewolf abilities that are tagged as melee attacks, increasing their level and effectiveness accordingly.
Current Behavior
The Talisman bonus appears to be ignored for Werewolf form melee abilities.
