Character Can't Interact After Dying In Temple Of Chaos

Character is completly bugged after dying in temple of chaos. Can't interact with the statue/chests/dropped items or waypoints. I'm basically locked out of progressing. Can't interact with anything, tried to reset the instance, restart the game/steam, respawn at checkpoint. I've linked a video showing the issue.

I'm having a similar bug although it started after I joined a friend to make a trade. I can only interact while in town but the minute I leave to another zone I can't interact with loot, quest
