Campaign quest The Search

entered the excavated site.. The NPCs with me froze before the platform.. I was stuck on the platform and not able to rejoin them due to invisible wall. Respawned to last checkpoint and now I can't re-enter excavated site. Door at the arena is closed with no way to open it. I cannot progress on the campaign without this. What should I do?
