Raise Zombie not working with Heightened Charges

In the skill gem details, it is either not showing the correct values when the zombie's benefits are doubled and empowered is summoned or not working entirely, but it is hard to verify.

The way I am checking if it is working is by looking if the movement speed is going up since there are no damage numbers for the zombies. Out of a sample size of 20 they all had the same movement speed, and therefore I determined it was not working.

Not sure as well if 5 total zombies should spawn if the benefits are doubled.
