The knock down in .4 if flipping ridiculous

Currently in act 3. Playing druid, mostly bear form, and I get knocked down constantly. I have buffed my stun threshold with gear and skill tree with no observable change in how often I am knocked on my ass. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
