Game crashes amd wipes data upon entering human form from any animal form on druid.

Now I'll begin with where it started. I was in matlan waterways I had just beaten the vaal malformation boss guy Alva appeared whe. I interacted with her the game crashed. After entering matlan again every time I interact with the lever it crashes having to revert to human form. All items xp and location is reset. So I went to go try to do a side quest not done yet. Came across a vaal temple went in the vaal temple and I put my gloves into an augment box to get a socket went to another area and then crashed my gloves are now gone again the area reset. Progression is not possible this is actually game breaking in my opinion. I think all of the work you have done is great ggg though I have to say this in my opinion is not an acceptable mistake. As I stated before I consider it game breaking. I chose not to fully commit to this league and just pop in to see and enjoy the changes made though it appears I won't be doing that. I hope for others sake that are choosing to stick around you fast patch this asap. Item loss is pretty ridiculous. The other things didn't do it for me though once my item disappeared that was the cut off for me. Really disappointed in ggg for this though.
