HDR not working in Windows 10

I can enable HDR in game but it doesn't change anything and it is affected by the SDR to HDR conversion slider of Windows 10 so ingame HDR is not working. Before it was not affected by SDR to HDR conversion slider and als when enabling HDR ingame the image changed slightly.
