Lightning Warp cast on Ball Lightning feels awful now

New additional behaviour: If used on an enemy that is not under the Cull threshold, it will now apply a Debuff that will cause its normal warping behaviour automatically if the enemy falls under the Cull threshold while the Debuff is active.

feels absolutely awful to play with ball lightning. It's extremely difficult to teleport to your ball lightning projectiles anymore if there is a monster in the way, and it's nigh impossible if there is a monster pack. This effectively destroys the main playstyle of Lightning Warp + Ball Lightning.
The addition of automatic cull debuff should be either toggleable or managed in some different way, for example make Lightning Warp prioritise Ball Lightning projectiles.

Disagree personally. In my own usecase of the lightning warp + ball lightning playstyle this was a much needed and ling tine coming buff to its functionality, and i hope other skills thatd otherwise fizzle would get similar treatment.

Making Lightnign Warp basically not castable on Ball Lightning unless your screen is free of enemies is not a buff. It basically destroyed a playstyle.

I agree, this change is not a good one, if there is a way to achieve both that would be cool. I like the idea of it leaving a stack on a mob.

Not sure if this is possible, but some sort of change to the priority:

target mobs if it will cull>Ball lightning if no mob to cull>debuff on mob if no mob to kill and no ball lightning, that way you kinda achieve both without destroying the fluidity and excellent gameplay that was there before.

Or it could debuff monsters only when "attack without moving" is enabled. There are numerous ways to handle this, but it definitely has to be fixed. I don't think GGG actually intended to destroy a playstyle with this change, I believe they just overlooked this.
Its even worse against bosses beacuse they are so big, you always target the boss and never ever the Balls.
