I just killed the Blind Beast in Act4, the skill book for 2 passive points dropped, then disappeared in my inventor (no I did not click it). I tied to load a new instance, connect to a different server and speak to all the NPCs in town. The quest (symbol with the +) is greyed out on the map. My skill book is gone and so are my 2 passive skill points I should get. (I double checked, I have all the skill points until this point so far, and did not receive the ones from this quest).
What am I supposed to do to get this back?

Blind beast isn’t suppose to drop skill book anymore. So unless you did a secret quest idk

Update
You are right, I got the points through another quest.
Still, the quest book did drop for me in the first place, so that was definitely a bug
