need to merge my profiles

hello i need assistance as my game auto sings me in on one profile ( which is my poe1 profile ) when i switch the profiles all my options disappear and i can no longer do anything . please somebody assist .

You need to contact Support directly about account issues.
Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
