I have a bug where Azmadi just disappeared during his second phase

Same here. He went to the wall and did the "death from all angles" RP and disappeared. I can't port out and if I log it just puts me back in the fight

Same for me, he did the "Deathm from every angle!" line and then just vanished. Fight music still playing, no way to progress.
